I am developing a new product; can you help me choose the right packaging?

No problem – from specification to design, trial and production plan – our experts are there for you, to provide a variety of options and advise every step of the way. We take full responsibility of your project, and seek your feedback – to take on board for the future.

How soon can you give me a quotation?

Normally, it will take no longer than 2 working days – after all details of your enquiry have been finalized.

What are your prices like?

Judging from 10 years of experience in supplying flexible packaging, and the market knowledge gained due to our unique global position, we can guarantee that our prices are competitive.

What quantities must I order?

We really try to accommodate all orders and happily produce smaller quantities. After all, many large brands started out small and we try to support new ventures because we see the customer as a long term relationship and not a single order.

What are your lead times?

From the time the artwork is signed off we can produce your requirements within three to four weeks. Shipping can take one to four weeks depending on where you are in the world.

Our lead times are obviously dependant on the description, and volume of the order itself.

How do I know what the status of my order is?

As our valued customer, you can request an update any time, and our Sales Administrator will be more than happy to assist you.

What about my tight deadlines?

We understand your concern that your product is packed and ready for launching ON TIME. We strive to meet your deadlines as this is one of the most important parts of our business. Each member of All About Packaging takes ownership of every order and follows every job step by step to ensure that the customer is satisfied.

Are you available if I need to contact you urgently?

Yes, our Sales Representatives are always reachable via mobile and e-mail – even outside working hours, at the weekend or on public holidays.
